The power of less: glad to have a timely reminder of slow life. s-l-o-w.
Was panic last late night while couldn't fall asleep right away.
Immediately due to the unprepared trip and tight schedule in prior to it,
but it's obvious that I've been in a "monkey mode" for quite a few days.
Woke up before 7 a.m. despite the shorter-than-usual sleep,
and felt some pressure. 
I decided to stay in bed for a few minutes before the alarm clock went off.
I closed my eyes and tried to be mindfulness.
Not sure if I fell asleep in the short period of time,
but I did feel better after the mini meditation.
Even had the time doing a bit stretch before fully climbing out of the bed.
Slowly I made some soup -
I opted to take a break from practicing how to make good sunny-up.
