the moment. yeah.
slow motion.
got up early as well.
resumed my 24-hour take-home quiz.
checked my academic plans for Japanese studies.
made sure I look great, and walked to R building calmly.
met Mao-san, kind Jpese girl with fluent English.
"Your English is pretty good, are you sure your English course is required?"
same question here.
spent some time in the news room.
headed back to R building to face the music.
pretended to be enthusiastic, though her directions were ridiculous.
I felt myself was convinced that I got pretty good English.
finally I plucked to ask the question.
she was surprised as she thought it was a done deal.
"you can still be our GUEST every week." "better than nothing."
it is like the half-glass of water theory:
when someone thinks you have to do something, 1/2 is unacceptable;
when s/he finds out you do not have to, 1/2 is better than nothing.
was crazily happy. dined out with the HBD girl AL with wonderful smoothie.
bumped into another Cantonese. I prefer Southern people.
went back to take my glasses and had a nice sleep.
forced myself to get up for the evening class.
talked to KP. walked around. let's call it a day.
