How to love someone like you?

Finally I got a chance to watch the movie- in fact one of the movies- you mentioned the firest time we met after I moved back. It is exciting and it is pathetic, along the way making me want to hug someone- someone I love. But I can't. So I went running instead. Looking out from the treadmill, I thought I've done exactly the same thing on the remote island about the same time last year, with totally different feelings. I'm very grateful that I have the privilege to experience all this, ups and downs alltogether.

J sent me messages on the plane this morning, saying that you gentlemen had dinner last night. "Had to talk business." Sounds intriguing. But I've been getting used to this and no question asked. Just wish him safe flight- and hope he'll bring me something "better than RIMPAC that is worthy the wait. Promise."

Another two notes: Dr. W said funny things about one of his best friends. I believe I will see a lovely face filled with a big hearty smile if I told that "best friend". Dr. W apparently wants me to do so. Dr. T reminds me to meet the two ladies at the legendary platform and bring a pillow with me. Just lovely, and loving. 

Not sure whether this is a right time- I'm going to miss two meetings, a pre-screening (of a movie I'm so looking forward to!), and a hanging-out pal that I won't see for six weeks! But maybe it's about time. A best friend of mine is celebrating his 28th (wow!) Let's see what I can bring back for him. 

My brother helped solve one of my long-haunting problems. The first option- too young, the chance is you won't love it anymore in a few years. The second- classic. The third- no way. I know it very well that it's just a piece of shit pretending to cater to whatever holiday. Brilliant.
