2. Do NOT ever touch (widely defined) anyone with a name on his/her collar.
3. Be sure to stay low-profile if you cannot commit to rule No. 2.
4. Be sure NOT to put any personal pictures on Fb if you break rule No. 2 and 3.
5. Arm yourself with perfect condition anywhere anytime
   if you break rule No.2, 3, and 4.
